Responsibilities ：

1. To lead project team in construction/safety matters and assist in post contract management. The team’s members include of:

a. Site agent
b. Project executive
c. Contract executive
d. Site supervisor
e. Safety supervisor

2. To report project status to management.

3. Project management:

a. Time management: to set up and expedite work programme with the consideration of sequences of work & method of work.
b. To attend client/consultant meeting
c. To organize sub-contractor/supplier meeting
d. To coordinate among contract/safety/resources department on site matter.

4. Project management & implementation:

a. Proper project/contract documentation.
b. To coordinate & resolve technical matter among all parties.
c. CPC/CMGD application and documentation.
d. To assist in progress/sub con claim certification, variation order, abortive work, final account matter.

5. Quality management:

a. Pre-plan & project implementation.
b. Material test & site inspection.
c. Compliances of HwaHin SOP: <Construction Method Guideline>

6. Resources management:

a. Resources planning and implementation in accordance to management approved budget.
b. To plan and set out sub-contractor work force.
c. To ensure projects teams carry works as per HwaHin SOP: <Resources Handling Guideline>
d. To assist HQ resources department on material, human resources, machinery, equipment handling matter.
e. To support on HwaHin safety policy.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), or equivalent. 

 At least 5 years’ experience. Work at Johor Bahru
